I offer a 3 month intensive program that still meets you where you are but allows for accountability on a weekly basis. We meet every week and you have the ability to text and email me anytime you have questions. I am here to support you the entire way.

We start with a deep dive into who you are and then an individualized plan is created with your particular lifestyle in mind as we reverse your disease process.

I specialize in reversing type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, all naturally and sustainably, but I work with many clients who complain of fatigue, joint pain, moodiness, unable to sleep, full body pain, brain fog or memory issues and usually are on a long list of medication that have yet to fix any problems.

I come from over 20 years of experience in healthcare as a Nurse and Nurse Practitioner with extensive additional training in functional medicine.

I am now offering a monthly membership, access to a Nurse Practitioner who can offer you Functional Medicine at an affordable price.

For $250/month you can be my private client and have an appointment once a month for up to one hour. You will also have me on call for anything urgent you may experience. Natural remedies or prescription medications as desired. It does not matter where you live, and appointments can be made same day if possible. I am here to help.

Since the pandemic our country has been divided and it has sadly invaded our health care system. I am here to offer you the much needed prescriptions you need immediately when you are sick with COVID.

I will try my best to squeeze you in my day as a same day appointment so we can get you the prescriptions you need.

I also am happy to order pre-travel prescriptions as well.

This appointment is approximately 15 minutes and is $199.
